Ji Yuhua
Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, Chairman and Director of the Board

Mr. Ji Yuhua, born in 1975, is a CPC member. He is currently the Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, Chairman and Director of CISFC. Before joining the CISFC, he served as Deputy Director of the Policy Research Bureau and Deputy Director of the General Office of CBIRC.

Guo Jing
Deputy Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, General Manager and Director of the Board
Mr. Guo Jing, born in 1975, is a CPC member and currently the Deputy Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, Director and General Manager of CISFC. Before joining CISFC, he served as Deputy Director of the Finance and Accounting Department of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

Zhang Zhongliang
CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager

Mr. Zhang Zhongliang, born in 1968, is a CPC member and senior accountant. He successively worked in the Resident Worker Office for Central Enterprises of the Ministry of Finance stationed in Jilin Department of Finance, Dalian Branch of Ping An Insurance Company of China, CIRC Shenyang Office, and CIRC Liaoning Bureau from July 1990 to June 2004. Thereafter, he acted as Deputy Director and Director of the Property Insurance Supervision Division of CIRC Dalian Bureau, Director of the Property Insurance Supervision Division of the Audit Bureau of CRIC and the Insurance Fund Utilization and Inspection Division (concurrently serving a temporary position of Assistant to District Mayor of Shijingshan District), Deputy Inspector of the Audit Bureau, and the CPC Committee Member and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of CISFC in succession from June 2004 to June 2020. He currently serves as the CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of CISFC.

Zhou Fuping
CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager
Mr. Zhou Fuping, born in 1971, is a CPC Member, Ph.D. in Economics, and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Mr. Zhou currently serves as a CPC CISFC Committee member and Deputy General Manager of CISFC. Before joining CISFC, he worked at the Tsinghua University and the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission.

Wang Tong
CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager
Mr. Wang Tong, born in 1967, is a CPC Member and currently serves as a CPC CISFC Committee member and Deputy General Manager of CISFC. Prior to joining CISFC, he worked at the Agricultural Bank of China and China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, and then as an Assistant President of the China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Xiao Miao
CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager
Ms. Xiao Miao, born in 1976, is a CPC member and currently serves as a CPC CISFC Committee member and Deputy General Manager of CISFC. She successively served as heads of the Risk Monitoring Department (Insurance Consumer Investigation Center), the Risk Resolution Department and the Audit Department (Party Committee Office of Inspections) of CISFC.

He is currently the Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, Chairman and Director of CISFC. Before joining the CISFC, he served as Deputy Director of the Policy Research Bureau and Deputy Director of the General Office of CBIRC.

		Guo Jing Deputy Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, General Manager and Director of the Board Mr. Guo Jing, born in 1975, is a CPC member and currently the Deputy Secretary of CPC CISFC Committee, Director and General Manager of CISFC. Before joining CISFC, he served as Deputy Director of the Finance and Accounting Department of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

		Zhang Zhongliang CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Zhongliang, born in 1968, is a CPC member and senior accountant. 		Zhou Fuping CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhou Fuping, born in 1971, is a CPC Member, Ph.D. in Economics, and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Mr. Zhou currently serves as a CPC CISFC Committee member and Deputy General Manager of CISFC. 		Wang Tong CPC Committee Member and Deputy General Manager Mr. Wang Tong, born in 1967, is a CPC Member and currently serves as a CPC CISFC Committee member and Deputy General Manager of CISFC. Prior to joining CISFC, he worked at the Agricultural Bank of China and China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, and then as an Assistant President of the China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd.
